Caroline and Mike Kenny are a husband and wife team who are both MBA/CMA's, with over 25 years experience in small business startup, execution, and financing. We are experts in business planning and financing, strategic planning, financial management, E-business strategies, organization development and structure, negotiation strategy and business restructuring. We provide a broad, global perspective, based on extensive experience gained in the U.S., U.K., Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia.
Our works tends to focus on SBA Loan Programs, Restaurants, Franchises, Real Estate, Retail, Minority (SBA 8a program), Women Owned Businesses, Veteran, Non Profit, and High Tech. We have also written business plans for a wide variety of other industries and can advise our clients on practically any business venture they are considering. Our clients are evenly distributed throughout the United States, as well as in various countries around the world and range from start-ups to companies with decades of operating history.
We do all of our work in house and do not outsource our work to third party consultants. This is a recognized differentiator versus our competition. Many of our competitors outsource their work to third party consultants and pay them 30 to 40% of the fee you are actually paying. The result is a relatively low fee for the consultant actually writing your business plan who can't afford to spend 50 hours plus researching and developing the concept. Because we don't share your fee with anyone else we are able to devote the necessary time required to document a business plan that is both well researched and compelling. All of our business plans are SBA, bank and investor compatible and are designed to serve as an excellent operating tool as our clients develop and grow their businesses.

All of our services are available on a project basis, monthly agreement, or hourly fee. Our business plan services generally range from $899 to $2,500 for a small business requiring startup capital of less than $2,500,000.
